Q: I just need to change the credit card number on one of my Professional accounts, but can't find where to do so. Please advise - thanks!
A: Unfortunately with our current payment system, there is no way to simply change credit card information. You either need to wait for your credit card to fail and then re-sign up, or request that you account be cancelled by us and then re-sign up. You can sign up again without paying the activation fee so it's basically the same, just a few extra steps:
