Q. I paid for an account but it is still a Personal(free) account and it has restrictions on the account.

A. The issue is normally that you did not log out and log back in with your account user name. When you pay for an account, we update your account to Professional in our database. However, the data on your local PC still has it as Personal until you log in and we update your local data with the data from our database.

So again, log out of Tube Toolbox and log back in - that should solve issue.

Hey TTChuck,

I subscribed, but it is still running in Personal mode.
And it is really tricky to find out what you mean with logging out...

I closed it...(Restarted the software)
I signed in and out youtube, when TT was running.
I deinstalled the software cleaned up with RegEdit and installed again...
I deleted my account in TT and created it again...

And the situation is still the same.

Can you help me out please...

The problem was, that the system didn't upgrade automaticly.
This was done by Chuck afterwards.

This is happening to me.

I have Tube Toolbox running on a computer just fine as a pro account. It is the computer I first used the program with and thus had to do the quit and start back up to go from personal to pro.

However, on this other computer, I installed and logged into my professional accoutn yet it still says personal account. What gives?

Thanks.

Never mind, I finally figured it out! It created a separate pro account and didn't upgrade the original.

This is what I copied from my My Channels page:

I am having similar issues to the ones in this thread. I am not seeing any answers to the problem.

My payment is being made every month but I can not get professional to work

My Pro account seemed to be working, but now when I log in it says I need to upgrade. I restarted my computer and Tube Toolbox and am still having the same problem. Can you please investigate? My email to sign in is: ali@alihandal.com
Thanks

actually, email us and let us know that "alihandal5" is your current pro account and tell us what you want to log in with now. All of your accounts on YouTube seemed to be closed or something so it's confusing me. Let's handle over email (support@tubetoolbox.com) rather than in the forums.

I can't login too (professional account). Always "login/password incorrect" error. I use my gmail account to Login into YouTube.

The error started to appear after the last program update.

My recurring subscription seems to have failed and I'm being prompted to purchase again. I'd put in my credit card details all over again but it wants me to pay the activation fee again. How do I get around this?
