Hello, i paid for a monthly subscription to have a professional account, username is startagelbusiness and well it hasnt upgraded i paid throught paypal ... im still in personal account

I am having the same problem. I bought a lifetime account and now I am being given a limit message and my account says personal. Can someone please fix this? My account is 21stcenturynetwork@gmail.com

Please email support@TubeToolbox.com for all support directly related to your account such as this issue. Let us know your Username and if you have a payment transaction id or order id or anything - or at least the email address that you used to pay and we will solve it quickly. UPDATE: This issue was caused by an outage by our web service provider. Due to the outage, the accounts were not able to get to our server to verify they were Professional accounts.

I just reactivated to get access. Since I have not received a response to my questions. But I paid for the professional account long time ago and it was months later changed to personal. I would like to be able to have a customer service number to address this issue.
I disagree with buying and paying for something to then change the pricing and terms of the deal.

The issue you had was due to you switching your Professional account to a different YouTube account. Your Professional status was never changed.
