Basically, I updated to the newest version 12.1.1 and since then, I have been having problems. The program starts by logging into youtube, then posts to google, then redirects.....after this I always receive a message saying; "Unable to contact TubeToolbox to verify account. Program will still continue running" The program then starts up and shows that I am logged in (In the top right corner it shows my user name and that I have a professional account). However, if I try to bulk message people or perform any function I get the following message: "An error has occured and the application will now stop. The following error occured: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish a trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel" This is very strange, and as I have said, has only started since I updated to the most recent version. I have tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling the older version I have. This logs me in as usual, but is quite an old version and seems to take forever to send mails (always waiting for send delay to complete) it doesnt run as the program had been running previously.

Does anyone have the installers for the version before the 12.1.0 update?
I would like to go back to that as it was working fine but cannot find it anywhere!

Replied via email. Any one else having this problem? We are investigating and it would be helpful to know if anyone else is experiencing this.
