3 hours ago I upgraded to Professional and still nothing. There is still Personal or trial account, and no mail is received, except confirmation of Paypal.
Did anyone had a similar situation? What now? How long to wait?

You should be able to just log off and log back on. As long as your Paypal was confirmed your acocunt should be a Professional account.
If you have any issue send an email to support@tubetoolbox.com with your user name and the email address you used when you ordered the software.
