Ok, so perhaps I've overlooked something, but I have updated TTB as per the instructions given on this site to correspond with the rather unfortunate revamp of Youtube. Since that time, I have sent out "contact" requests probably twice and I have sent out messages perhaps twice, and all I get are 1) messages back from potential contacts that have RE: Friend Request in the subject line, but NOTHING in the body of the message and 2) (worst of all) I keep LOSING SUBSCRIBERS! I honestly don't know what is going on here! I went from getting anywhere from 5 to 15 subscribers A DAY to LOSING subscribers whenever I send out ANYTHING. Is there something I missed? I'm not even getting many friend or contact approvals anymore... I was using the NEW Youtube layout, but I have switched back to the old layout only about an hour ago. Is this common? Does anyone have any advice?

Yeah, I think I've had the same problem. Try waiting 24 hours before using TTB again.

On an unrelated note: It's not really a TTB fix that you're looking for, but I think fixing some of the audio problems (left ear only audio in your latest) and removing videos with dislikes/low views would make your channel more presentable so people stay subscribed.
