When I try opening up Youtube Toolbox it comes up with '(null) is not valid with Win32 application'.

Is it my computer or is the program down?

The type of error you are describing normally occurs due to an issue with the download (something gets corrupted during the download). The solution is to:

1. Uninstall Tube Toolbox using Windows Control Panel
2. Delete everything in the C:\Program Files\Sincell\Tube Toolbox folder or C:\Program Files (x86)\Sincell\Tube Toolbox (if you have a 64 bit computer)
3. Download the software again - www.tubetoolbox.com/download.aspx
4. Re-Install

This does not affect any data you may have.
