I've been at this since April. I haven't seen anywhere where one can get SEO stats similar to the Internet - number of searches/month versus number of providers etc.
I've adopted a technique in gathering Friends of entering a root search word, then space and "a", and YouTube fills out a list of potential add-on words. I do each of them in turn. Then repeat with "b" and so on.
As each search takes place, YT reprts the approximate number of sites it finds - one piece of the puzzle - the providers. TubeToolBox reports the number of Friends it finds to search through - not exactly number of requesters but perhaps a reasonable indicator of such.
If TubeToolbox could do those searches automatically (running a-z and then using all the resulting suggestions), and record those stats, I'd be able to get a whole lot better idea of which keywords to build videos around.
Unless I'm off the planet somehow, this seems to be a HUGE deal!!
