Hi,
Here are four yes or no questions.
1-TT is in the process of gathering my first list. Should I wait until that process is completed before sending out my first video?
2- I'm ultimately monetizing my lists and subscribers. Is it better to send out a greeting before sending a video out?
3- Can a list be gathered at the same time as messages or videos are sent out?
4- If targeted list for gathering is based on selecting a specific person's channel, ie Dr. Joseph Mercola's videos, does it matter which of his videos is selected for gathering subscribers?

1. It is best to create multiple lists based on your criteria. Once the list(s) are created then start sending videos.
2. Not an easy answer for this - some people prefer to be contacted first others would just like to see your video. I would suggest creating 2 lists. For one of them send greetings first and for the other one send video first. Then track which provides better results for you.
3. If you start two instances of Tube Toolbox (by clicking on icon twice). However, you may run into network restrictions from YouTube if there is too much activity on your network. This will slow things down.
4. No, except for the obvious answer of whichever video has more comments.
