Hey Gang - over the last 6 years our forum has become cluttered with outdated information and spammy posts.
We want to make it easier for you to find the information you are looking for.
As a result, we are migrating to new Forum software soon with one big clean out of posts that are no longer useful.
The new forum will look completely different so don't be shocked when it's launched :)

Q: I became an affiliate and when I click on the link I was provided, it takes me to a download page. However, if I navigate away to get more information on the program, the number disappears when I go back to the download page. So, how do I know I would get credit for referrals that way? Please advise….Thank you!

A: There is an affiliate code stored in your browser cookies the first time you visit Tube Toolbox. Let's say it's "AAAAA". Any time in the future that you go to Tube Toolbox in the future on that browser, you will always see "AAAAA". The ONLY exception is if there is a different affiliate code in the URL - for example: tubetoolbox.com/secure=BBBBB . On that particular page, where there is a "BBBBB" in the URL, you will see "BBBBB" in the download link. If you navigate away, you will see "AAAAA"

It is all based on the FIRST person who sent that user to Tube Toolbox.

Does that make sense?

If you clear your browser cache or use a browser that you have never visited Tube Toolbox with, you will see that you affiliate code stays on every page. It is only changing for you right now because another affiliate has their code in your browser first.
