They said It was 100% money back, I expected so much more from this and I really feel that I want my money back. Could anyone link me to where I can get a refund and cancel my member?

Of course. In order to receive a refund, fill out this form (all fields are required for a refund - they are optional for people who are simply cancelling): http://www.tubetoolbox.com/cancel.aspx . Make sure to make a note in the description that you are requesting a refund.


Please keep in mind, that we are happy to offer anyone a refund who is not happy with their purchase BUT, you will be permanently banned from ever using Tube Toolbox again, as well as any other accounts that you use on the same computer as well as any accounts coming from your IP address. We must do this in order to stop people from trying to cheat the system - so don't take it personally :)

If I've been banned, how can I tell? And how can I become unbanned?
