We want to make it easier for you to find the information you are looking for.
As a result, we are migrating to new Forum software soon with one big clean out of posts that are no longer useful.

Can you send the following information to support@tubetoolbox.com and reference your forum post.

1. Send me a screenshot of your message screen after you enter all your information just before you click on Send (see 1st screen shot below)
2. After 2 hours send me the status screen (see 2nd screen shot below).
3. Also, after 2 hours send me a screenshot AND the text in the Options/Debug tab.
