Have been using it successfully for a while. Havent changed anythin else in the machine. Just upgraded this software when I was prompted to and successfully opened it up once.. After that day, whenever i've opened it, the 'checking for program updates' small window appears for 2 secs and then it dissappears. Nothing loads up. The program is not running in the task manager etc either.
Please help in resolving this.

Hi Chuck,
Thanks for the reply.
It did;nt work. I left it for good 30 minutes.
- Then I rebooted - uninstalled the tubetoolbox again. - Rebooted. - Then installed it. - Launched it (checkin for program updates window appeared and quickly dissappeared) - and Now it's been almost 20 min and nothin.
I'm running MS XP professional.

We hope to have a new release of the software out later today. Can you try again tomorrow and if it doesn't work email me at support@tubetoolbox.com and I will give you a different method to try. Chuck
