I just purschased monthly recurring for this great product, but i payed with my youtube account "icecoldpillow" but i just notice that it loggs in with my email adress, witch means that it doesnt count as professional.. i entered: Icecoldpillow as the account that wanted to get the professional, but now i see that they log in with my email, how do i change that so i log in with icecoldpillow instead with email?

Or can anyone help me?

If anyone else is having this issue, please email us at support@tubetoolbox.com. We seem to be having an issue with our ordering system which we are trying to resolve. Some orders are coming through to the upgrade process and some aren't.
