There's been a problem with gathering users today. When I try to gather them it doesn't gather any. It happened on 2 of my accounts today.

Any thoughts?

1. What gather feature are you using? (Spider Search, Gather Some From Page(s), Gather all from pages, ect)?
2. What is the URL of the starting page?
3. Are you using Filters? (last login, age, gender, etc?)

Tube Toolbox uses the YouTube API and I think we've grown to the point where we are making so many API calls that we're hitting our daily limit. Please answer the questions above so I can test things out but if we have hit our limit, I'll need to come up with a solution and get a new version of Tube Toolbox out soon...

2. Can I get one exact URL? Sorry, it just really helps to take the exact steps that you took to ensure I can re-create the problem.

I just ran a test and it gathered 4,000+ users from that page. Are you sure you don't have "do not gather users who I have gathered before" checked?

Something else to try...

In the Data Group in the bottom left hand side of the main windows, try clicking "Repair Database". Then re-start Tube Toolbox after it's complete (might take a minute or two). That could solve your issues.

I assume you tried everything the Toolman suggested in his previous posts. If you did, use this link to find all your log files and data file. http://www.tubetoolbox.com/logfiles.aspx
Send them to support@tubetoolbox.com

We'll look into the issue on Tuesday.
