Not sending to gathered users Options · View

Suddenly TT has stopped sending to my gathered users. I have not changed anything except for downloading and installing most recent TT upgrades.

The process goes as usual and then when I start to send...it acts like its running but nothing happens. Nothing sends at all. After several retry's of rebooting TT...rebooting computer...etc.... I MIGHT get it to run...but today...no luck with that...wont run no matter what.

I have posted here and sent email request for support on this...so far its been a week and no answers. I see that other questions are being answered by the TT guys, but not mine????

I've tried sending from a different computer and have the same problem.

What Bulk feature are you using? Friend Requests, Messages, Comments, Share Video?

Also, are you sending from the account "intentionaltrader" or another account?

If we can narrow down exactly what is happening and what account you are using, we should be able to get it sorted out.

Also, when you say "nothing happens" - does it say "Waiting for YouTube limits to be removed" on the screen?

Send Messages with video attachment

yes....only intentionaltrader account

it just sits there like it is trying to send....no other messages....is not waiting for limits to be removed

this happens on any computer I try.

Can you try sending without attaching a video or attaching a different video? Also, skip the first person in your recipients list - sometimes Tube Toolbox can hang on certain users for some reason. If either of those solutions work, let me know.

If not, then for the quickest fix, you can send us your datafile. That will allow us to try to send a message from your account and we can see exactly what is going on. Info about where your datafile is located here: http://www.tubetoolbox.com/logfiles.aspx
