If in your log-in error code you see the phrase "{NO_RESPONSE}", read below for some possible problems and solutions...
1. You have a firewall that is preventing tubetoolbox.exe from accessing the internet (see
http://www.tubetoolbox.com/firewall.aspx)
2. Your computer date is not today's date
3. Your internet security is too restrictive. (see this post to fix -
http://www.tubetoolbox.com/Forums/default.aspx?g=posts&t=563)
4. You need to upgrade your version of IE
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/default.aspx5. You are behind a proxy and need to setup your proxy in Tube Toolbox.
6. You are in a public place like a Library or Coffee Shop that requires you to open a web browser and Log In or accept their Terms first before accessing the Internet
Unfortunately if none of the above steps, there is not much else we can do other than suggestion you try a different computer or different Internet connection.
