every time i try and do anything like gather or send friend request it doesnt take long before this message comes up "tunbe toolbox has encoutered a problem and needs to close" i loose everything! help!

hmm.. that's not good. We haven't had anyone report that in a long time. I suppose it may help if you send us your log files. You can get info on that here: http://www.tubetoolbox.com/logfiles.aspx

Also, I guess it would be good to know if you're running Windows XP, Windows Vista (32bit or 64bit).

Thanks for your order. Hopefully we can get this figured out and fixed quickly.
