Hey Gang - over the last 6 years our forum has become cluttered with outdated information and spammy posts.
We want to make it easier for you to find the information you are looking for.
As a result, we are migrating to new Forum software soon with one big clean out of posts that are no longer useful.
The new forum will look completely different so don't be shocked when it's launched :)
Let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks! -Tube Toolbox

This is a question we get ALL the time so it's worth explaining everything we can tell you...

We have hundreds and hundreds of people using our software every day and have had thousands and thousands of people use it over the course of the last 3 years.

We have NEVER had a legitimate channel get banned or have problems from YouTube. By 'legitimate' I mean a Channel that has your original content - music, comedy, how-to, information, whatever. Out of thousands and thousands of users, we have had less than 5 people have problems and all of them had 'questionable' content - either promoting Ring-Tones or XBoxes or other scams. We try to weed those people out and not even let them use Tube Toolbox from the start because we don't want a bad name associated with us.

If our users had problems or account cancellations, I'm sure you'd see it posted all over our forums and other forums saying that our software gets people banned and people would be irate. Does this mean that it will never happen? Unfortunately, I don't have a crystal ball. I wish I could say that it won't but I'm not going to lie or guarantee anything that I can't. So far, YouTube has been great and left everyone alone. It seems to be in their best interests not to hassle our users. We stay within their Terms of Service and they have set their own sending limits which cannot be by-passed.

People have also asked about chaining accounts and multi-account sending. This would follow exactly what I've written above. We have never had anyone have account issues but I'm not going to say that it's impossible. Technically they could say that it violates their terms of service if you chain accounts.

Bottom line, if you have legit content on your channel, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. :)
