Hello! I was interested in continuing my services with toobtoolbox, but
I have gone to order, but paypal is trying to make me input credit card details.

I am wondering if there is a way around this, or if I can just use the send money option...

Paypal does all our payment and ordering process. They require a credit card for all recurring subscriptions.
If you want to use a Paypal account without a credit card you can order one of our fixed term subscriptions - https://www.tubetoolbox.com/Purchase_FixedPackage.aspx
