Hey Gang - over the last 6 years our forum has become cluttered with outdated information and spammy posts.
We want to make it easier for you to find the information you are looking for.
As a result, we are migrating to new Forum software soon with one big clean out of posts that are no longer useful.
The new forum will look completely different so don't be shocked when it's launched :)

It would also be great if you could send your friends a message that were not already subscribers...

Can you do it? Fo Shizzle! Sorry, watched part of an episode of Snoop's reality tv show. I hate tv.

So, here's what you need to do. Navigate to your list of subscribers in the main browser window. On the left hand side, click "Gather from Current Pages". Next to the 'users' drop down list, click "New" and create a new list called "My Subscribers". Click Ok.

Tube Toolbox will gather all these people into the new list. This list will now contain your subscribers.

Now... in response to your first question, you can simply select that list when you add recipients to your Bulk Message Sending and voila!

In response to your second question... Under the "Data Tools" group on the left hand side of the main screen, click "Manage Lists". Create a new lists called "Friends not subscribed". In the top right hand drop down list, select "My Friends", click 'select all', then click "Add Selected". Now, the list you created will contain ALL your friends. Next, select "My Subscribers" in the top right hand drop down and it will list all your subscribers. Click 'select all', then click the "Filter Out Group>" button. That will remove all of your subscribers leaving you with: "Friends who are not subscribers".

That's a great question and I'm glad I got to write out a response because there are feature like that, that I know how to do but most people probably don't think about.

Yes, that is a limitation of YouTube unfortunately. YouTube only allows you to view about 1,000 of your subscribers. If they ever fix this problem in the program, then Tube Toolbox will work like it should fully.
