Recently when I try and send friend requests, Tube Toolbox freezes up when I click "resume sending of friend requests".
Currently, I am unable to send any friend requests or accept them.
I was wondering why this is happening, and if it has something to do with a maximum amount of friends or something, since on my normal YouTube account, I can't accept any friend requests either.

are you still having this issue? if so, can you click on "don't resume" and start sending from same list (it won't send if it already sent to people previously) to see if that works.
