Hey Gang - over the last 6 years our forum has become cluttered with outdated information and spammy posts.
We want to make it easier for you to find the information you are looking for.
As a result, we are migrating to new Forum software soon with one big clean out of posts that are no longer useful.

Hi,

I had a sale on 1/31/12, it's been 30 days and I don't see any commission in my account. I understand that I wouldn't be paid for a month and a half after the sale because the payouts are on the 15th, but how come I don't see any money in my account and my earnings say $0.00?

I've also had a ton of 2.00 sign up. I don't earn any money for that either?

Thanks

my username is jt47000

Can you send your affiliate information to support@tubetoolbox.com
Just to be clear...

We payout affiliate commissions on the 15th of each month. Since we offer a 30 day money back guarantee, payments for your referrals are made on the 15th after 30 days are up. In your example, the sale occurred on 1/31/2012 you are not eligible for a commission until March 1st which will be paid out on March 15th.

We are not paying out anything for one-week trial subscriptions. However, if they convert to a full subscription you get a commission. Maybe a reason to contact them to see if they need help??

Sending your message to support@tubetoolbox.com works best if you want to send a private message. There are only 3 of us reviewing support emails so your message will normally be picked up by the Toolman or myself. If you want one of us to specifically respond just mention that in the email.
