Q. What does Tube Toolbox cost?

Q. What if I want to try the software? Can I purchase a trial subscription?
A. We have a one week trial subscription for people who want to take the full featured Professional account for a spin. For a mere $2, you can get a one week trial. However, this is only allowed once per account and only if you have never purchased a Professional subscription previously.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. We provide a money back guarantee if you cancel your account within the first 30 days. This refund is only valid for the first account you purchase.
Q. Why is there a monthly Subscription fee instead of a set price like most software?
A. You are not just purchasing software, you are purchasing a committment. It is our committment to keep Tube Toolbox up to date with all of the latest YouTube changes. That being said, due to customer requests, we have now added fixed term subscriptions.
Q. Do I have to purchase Tube Toolbox for each of my YouTube Accounts if I have more than one?
A. Only if you plan on using more than 1 account at the same time.
There are many ways that we actually help you use multiple accounts while only paying for one.
  • You can switch your professional account to another account every 3 days. So, technically, you can use your purchased copy of Tube Toolbox with unlimited accounts but only 1 can be active at a time. Use the following link: http://www.TubeToolbox.com/Account_Switch.aspx

  • When sending Bulk Messages or Sharing Bulk Videos, you can add up to 4 additional accounts for FREE. This means that you can send 4X more messages than is possible with a single account (based on restrictions put in place by YouTube)

Q. Do I need to pay for each computer that I use the software on?
A. NO. When you upgrade to a Professional account, it is your YouTube account name that is upgraded. You can install Tube Toolbox on any computer and log into your account from that point on with no limitations.
Q. Do I have to pay for upgrades each time a new version of Tube Toolbox is released?
A. No. There will never be a specific upgrade cost for any new version, ever.
Q. Once I order Tube Toolbox, can I switch my Username to a new account if I want to?
A. Yes. We allow you to switch between different accounts once every 3 days. Use the following link: http://www.TubeToolbox.com/Account_Switch.aspx.
Q. After signing up, can I switch from a Monthly payment to Yearly or Lifetime?
A. We are working on a better payment processing system (out by 2011) but at the moment, there is no real 'easy' way to do this. Your only option is to cancel your current Subscription and sign up for a new Subscription. We can give you a coupon to use so that you don't pay an activation fee on your Yearly account or $20 off Lifetime account (contact us for coupon codes).
