Not Able to Import Users Options · View

I am trying to import an XML file of users to an additional account and not having any luck. I have been able to export my users successfully, but can not import.

When I import the file, I get the following notification:

Successfully imported 2010 Users into group: 'Master2000'.
In order for these new items to show up, you must restart Tube Toolbox.

However when I restart Tube Toolbox the list Master2000 contains no users.

Am I missing something, or is there a bug?

can you email your XML file to support@tubetoolbox.com so we can test? Sounds like a bug in the program. (did you get the XML from from a Tube Toolbox export or another type of export?)

It will be fixed on Thursday at some point. It tends to take a little longer to work on individual issues rather than ones that are affecting everyone.
