Hello, auto-upgrade always fails, which then corrupts the TubeToolBox and doesn't let me use it. I've tried uninstalling and installing fresh over and over and it just tries to auto-upgrade again which of course fails and corrupts TT again. I have also tried to copy the files supplied in the topic about this into the TT program files folder and that doesn't work either.

Try this...

1. Uninstall Tube Toolbox using Windows Control Panel (it it is listed)
2. Delete everything in the C:\Program Files\Sincell\Tube Toolbox folder or C:\Program Files (x86)\Sincell\Tube Toolbox (if you have a 64 bit computer)
3. Download the software again - www.tubetoolbox.com/download.aspx
4. Re-Install

This does not affect any data you may have.

If that does not work, send an email to support@tubetoolbox.com and reference this forum post. We will send you some files to manual install.
