Hi there, I am using TubeToolbox since about 1.5 years and I use it 24/7. Today I wanted to check my account and I got this message: "This account has been suspended due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube's policy against spam, scams and commercially deceptive content." I never got any mail by YouTube saying me for violating anything on their service. Maybe several users reported me for SPAM. But they just can't terminate my account ?! This is my account: www.youtube.com/seisendsixDoes anybody here know, what I can do now ?! I spent about 4 years of work into this account ! thanks, raphael

Happened to my channel also http://www.youtube.com/ChillClipzNot too devastated but mad because there is NOTHING wrong with what Tube Toolbox is doing. So many other offenses on YouTube yet they're gonna terminate people for this?! BOGUS. Tube Toolbox runs at a slower speed than a human....section 4H of T.O.S. I thought it would be cause of all my contact adds....but it must be cause of something else cause you didn't have a lot of adds like me lol. Anyone else?

6 of my 8 accounts using Tube Toolbox were also suspended today. I've been using tube toolbox on these accounts for about 2 years now. I only do the "Share Video (with message) on these accounts. I recently started using SubscriberTrain on them too but probably only gained about 50 subs on each so I wouldn't think that would be a factor.
It's interesting, on some of them when I try to log in it wants me to do the phone verification. I don't want to do this though because my phone is tied to my main youtube account.

Same issue. 4 drone accounts suspended. Not happy. We've been ASSURED this would not happen.

So as i've just said... drone accounts are banned but my main isn't. THANK GOD.
Has anyone else not had their main banned? Have all the bans taken place or should I still be worried?

This morning my 30 accounts AND MY MAIN ACCOUNT has been banned!!! Tube Toolbox said it won't happen if we do not change the time delay, and I NEVER CHANGED IT!!!
I purchase a lifetime subscription for what??? Lost everything i've built?!
Give us a solution.

Every account that I use with TTB was banned this morning!!! Even an account that had a video on it that I shared using TTB got banned too! Didn't even send shares or messages from that account!

This could be very dangerous....
It seems that when videos are shared, the account that shares them gets banned. Okay, fair enough but....it also seems that... the account that had the video that got shared, ALSO gets banned.
So you could potentially frame someone and get them banned using YouTube's logic here...brilliant...

Maybe YouTube is checking I.P address'? Does anyone know the process YouTube is taking to ban these accounts. I presume its automated but do we know how exactly, i.e what they are looking for?

Here is the message posted across the top of TubeToolBox right now if you haven't noticed it:
"STOP AND READ THIS - You should stop using Tube Toolbox until this message disappears. There seems to be an issue with some changes made by YouTube that is causing messages to be shared multiple times with the same users. This results in spamming being reported to YouTube. Please do not email us as that will slow down our investigation. We will delete this message when you can use Tube Toolbox again."
So it seems, each person we sent a message to received it multiple times which caused that person to report our accounts. Hopefully this was YouTube's fault and not the fault of TubeToolBox. If it was YouTube's fault, there is a chance YouTube will reverse the suspensions (that's my hope any way).

I had about 20 accounts banned but not my main account. hopefully youtube reverses the suspensions because of this since it is there fault, but heres what I really want to ask you guys:
why on earth would you guys use your main account to share videos? thats a bit of a risk, I dont use my main account for anything because of the risk. ONLY use drone accounts!
and now that you guys gotta make more drone accounts and I'm geussing you can't on your own because you already maxed your phone verification code, do what I do. send a bunch of messages to your contacts with 25 messages at a time (thats the max) asking them to make you 4 gmail accounts and say if they do it you will reward them with a box spot or something. works everytime for me.
and I'm really sorry for you chillclipz, you helped me along the way on youtube (im in your sub box) I hope your chillclipz account somes back, whats your new youtube account?

Did anyone NOT using Drone accounts get banned? It seems like its a case of making dummy accounts in Youtube and they caught on that people are doing this from the same IP and it almost makes sense to me how they would see this as a Spambot army kind of thing. Thats the only thing I can think of. I would assume it may be against their terms to make "false" accounts just for this sake? This really sucks for all of you either way :(
I HAVE NOT been banned, heres some details to help sort this out for the Tubetoolbox crew:
-I don't have any drone accounts
-I've been using my main(only account) with super slow delays, just as extra precaution (2 minutes to 2:50 per share, 26+ minute delay on limit waiting).
-Been sharing for 5 days straight this week and then haven't been sharing for the past 6 hours. Logged in again to find the pop up message.
Version: 2.13.5.8 (or whatever version was the latest 5 days ago)

I don't think YouTube will reverse the suspensions, they won't be aware there's an error. Either way they will see TubeToolbox as a grey area so they have no priority reinstating accounts that they feel are spam anyway. Also, it's VERY difficult to contact YouTube. Our best hope is if TubeToolBox contacts YouTube and comes to some sort of agreement. But that's a long shot. If you can't make more drones on gmail just borrow a friends phone for the verification code. How many drones do you need? Can't we only use 4 at once? Why have more than 4? Yeah I agree, people should avoid using their main accounts, however, what about for friend requests. That's what I started doing when I used tube tool box. But also.... it shouldn't be a risk, we have been assured by TubeToolBox that their service has NO risk. We should be able to use our main accounts all we like without having to worry.

Is this happening to everyone?
I got banned this morning. It was DEVASTATING. I've been working my butt off on my channel since January. I had 10 videos uploaded and had managed 7,000 views with 360 subscribers.
Now all that work...GONE. I'm banned from YouTube. All of my dummy accounts gone, too. My dreams of becoming a YouTube partner up in flames. :(
How could this happen? Does anyone have any idea what we can do about it?
