How long ago did you purchase TubeBlasterPro? I suggest that you file a complaint with PayPal or your Credit Card company to get a refund. 90% of the time, they side with the customer so I'm sure you can get your money back. I wish there was more we could do - but this is another company that just abandoned their customers and we have nothing to do with it.

I know this is an old thread, but I will tell you about my experience with tube blaster pro. lol when I tried to file a complaint to get my $60.00 back they said that I couldn't because it was "virtual goods." I only used tube blaster for 2 weeks if that and they rarely updated their software. I learned my lesson not to pay full subscriptions. Terrible company...
