Hi,

I can import users and videos. But I can't find them in my lists after importing them. So, it's impossible for me to send messages to the imported users as well as commenting on imported videos.
Does some of you have expiernced the same problem and found a solution?

how are you creating the import list? Are you saying that the import says it worked successfully but they do not show up in your list?
Can you send the text file you are importing from to support@tubetoolbox.com and reference this email?
