i have 2 computer
a xp
and win 7
on both of them when i download and try to install
it says
file is corrupted
what shall i do

The type of error you are describing normally occurs due to an issue with the download (something gets corrupted during the download). The solution is to:

1. Uninstall Tube Toolbox using Windows Control Panel
2. Delete everything in the C:\Program Files\Sincell\Tube Toolbox folder or C:\Program Files (x86)\Sincell\Tube Toolbox (if you have a 64 bit computer)
3. Download the software again - www.tubetoolbox.com/download.aspx
4. Re-Install

This does not affect any data you may have.

perhaps i should clarify
when i download the program
and try to install it
on the win 7
it says cant read sfx file
probably file corrupted
then it tries to correct the setting and then says
no file is corrupted

there is no install
there is nothing to uninstall
there is nothing just the first screen
thats it

on both
xp computer and win 7

i deleted this file from you over and over again
nothing works
2 computers
perhaps it is your software

also i have another question
how is your program affected by the youtube 300 freeze
when youtube freezes the stats does it freeze viewing of the video also
or is the viewing normal as regular
i
i thinkl that if the viewing is regular and i am targeting specific viewers
my message still gets across is that true
and if so how do i get responses from viewers
can they add comments
