We want to make it easier for you to find the information you are looking for.
As a result, we are migrating to new Forum software soon with one big clean out of posts that are no longer useful.

i keep trying to login but it says

2-step verification failed

Message: could not parse the account. Please try logging in again.

i never even inputted the code for 2-step and i keep trying to login but nothing new.
