Hi, Since I installed the new update I get a Microsoft Net Framework Error when I want to add bulk contacts and can't use the program. thank you for your help.

Me too, since installing the last two updates it gives an error message. Cant use the program!

Same here, first time in a couple of years this has happened, and only since installing the new updates. It's a "JIT debugging" problem, any answers or a new update to get it back to normal please?

We are putting out a release tonight which fixes this issue.
If you can't wait until then you can follow these instructions.

1. Uninstall Tube Toolbox using Windows Control Panel
2. Delete everything in the C:\Program Files\Sincell\Tube Toolbox folder or C:\Program Files (x86)\Sincell\Tube Toolbox (if you have a 64 bit computer)
3. Download the software again - www.tubetoolbox.com/download.aspx
4. Re-Install

This does not affect any data you may have.
