Q: I got a few emails back from users saying remove me off my list and I don't know how to locate there name to delete themA: The best way to do this is to create a "Do Not Send" list. Then, anytime you gather a new list, you can filter any of the newly gathered people who are in the Do Not Send list.
To do this...
1. Click on "Manage Lists" from the main screen.
2. Click "Create New List" button and name it "Do Not Send"
3. Enter a name in the textbox above the "Add SIngle User" button and click "Add Single User" - keep adding names that you never want to send to
Now you have a list containing people you don't want to send to
4. Select the list of people that you recently gathered in the top left drop down list
5. Select "Do Not Send" list in the top right drop down list
6. Click "Filter out Group" button
This will remove all of your "Do Not Send" people from whatever list is selected in top left list. Keep doing this for all new lists and you will make sure that "Do Not Send" people are always removed.
