Hey Gang - over the last 6 years our forum has become cluttered with outdated information and spammy posts.
We want to make it easier for you to find the information you are looking for.
As a result, we are migrating to new Forum software soon with one big clean out of posts that are no longer useful.
The new forum will look completely different so don't be shocked when it's launched :)
Let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks! -Tube Toolbox

QUESTION:
The Drop down attach a Video for My Videos does not have the complete list of videos from my account only half are showing up.
The Drop down attach a Video for My Favorites shows NO Videos available (I have 23 favorites) I actually need to attach a video from my 2nd account in this email which is a Favorite video in my first account and I can't do it. Why not?

And also I noticed that adding a URL in a message is NOT a LIVE LINK when the recipient receives the message. Why not? Is there a way to make the link live like add the link to message as an HTML code like this? Will that work?

<a href="http://www.google.com" target="_blank"><b>http://www.google.com</b></a>

Answer:
As far as videos not showing up, it's probably a synchronization issue. Please read here: http://tubetoolbox.com/forums/default.aspx?g=posts&t=93

As far as links not being 'live' that is a YouTube issue. They only allow Text in their messages, not HTML (like MySpace, Facebook, etc). So, it's limited. Even if you send with a regular internet browser (not Tube Toolbox), the same thing will happen. Hopefully they will change it someday because our customers would love that.
