I was going to ask what do you mean $30? But I think I see what you have done, it's actually $7.95 a month, but you rounded that up to $10 and then added the $19.95 activation fee and then saying it's $30 for a month? Is that it?
In any case, I'm sure he will fix it before long, there is the odd bug ever now and then, because youtube are constantly changing their site, you have to expect there to be some bugs. He can't predict ahead of time what changes they are going to make.
But you can be sure that when there is a problem, he will fix it quickly. Toolbox is an amazing program, without a doubt it is the best one on the net and has the best customer support. I can appreciate that some things can be frustrating, but overall, I think you will find that Toolbox works wonders for your channel, it has with mine!
Just to check...
Have you tried both "Gather from all currecnt pages" AND "Targeted spider search"
I've never had a problem gathering users, but if I remember right, I used "Targetted spider search"
Maybe try that, if you haven't already

I will test this out and get back to you. Lots of times YouTube will not allow you to go past 40 pages of users - even if you just log in using a regular browser and try to do it yourself. If this is case, then there is nothing we can do. If you can manually get to 100 pages, then we will be able to fix it but it sounds like a YouTube issue.
Also, it is $7.95/month, not $30/month - just want to make sure that's clear. But the program should work good even for $7.95 which is why we fix everything possible as fast as possible.

I have verified that this is a problem with YOUTUBE and NOT Tube Toolbox.Example: Go to the following link which is subscribers for the WhiteHouse channel: http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=whitehouse&view=subscribers&start=960Now, click the "26" at the bottom, then the "27" to go to the 26th and 27th page. You will see that the people on screen do not change. YouTube will not let you go past the 25th or 26h page. I have a feeling like they designed their website this way to ensure that the site runs quickly and doesn't hit their database as much. Like they have 20,000 subscribers in cache so you can quickly view them all without having to hit their database each time you look at a new page of subscribers. If they ever allow you to view more than 25 pages, Tube Toolbox will automatically go as far as YouTube allows.

well figured out!
I take it there is no other way to get "all" subscribers?
And finally, what is the max amount of subs Toolbox can gather per user?
