Is it at all against the rules to strike up a deal with fellow Tube Toolboxer to use their toolbox capabilities and expertise to promote my content? Under certain terms of course..
Thoughts?

We require a separate license for each YouTube channel being promoted. We do allow you to switch your Professional account every 3 days. So, as long as the fellow TTBer is willing to switch the Professional account from his account to yours every 3 days there should be no issue. It looks like it'll be back up and running in a week or so?
