hi ! i cant logging in my computer, i got this error :( in(Object) in Sincell.Projects.WindowsApplications.TubeTollbox..(Object,ThreadExceptionEventArgs) an unknow error has ocurred in tube tollbox when i click the log in botton i get that messague :( look the image https://www.yousendit.com/download/QlVpb2VQYWI4NVdKUmNUQw ---- IMAGE please help i have 5 pro accounts and i need work it....

The type of error you are describing normally occurs due to an issue with the download (something gets corrupted during the download). The solution is to: 1. Uninstall Tube Toolbox using Windows Control Panel (it it is listed) 2. Delete everything in the C:\Program Files\Sincell\Tube Toolbox folder or C:\Program Files (x86)\Sincell\Tube Toolbox (if you have a 64 bit computer) 3. Download the software again - www.tubetoolbox.com/download.aspx4. Re-Install This does not affect any data you may have.

I saw your advice to uninstall and redownload, ive done that about ten times, ive even downloaded it from 3 different web browsers... Still doesnt work... Any ideas why? Please help, i need this program

If you can’t see the log files in the directories listed in the log files link, it is most likely because the folders or files are hidden. To resolve this issue follow the instructions in this link for XP/Vista - http://www.tech-recipes.com/rx/1521/how_to_view_hidden_and_system_files_and_folders_in_vista/ or this link for Windows 7 - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial151.html

hi I have an account already that I was using for an account that was suspended
I transferred that to a new account that is up and running and fine
But I have a new youtube channel that I will be using to share videos now (a drone)
and have a new professional subscription for that account
I set that new one up with a paid for proxy
I can access the web with that proxy and access youtube with that too
But I cant log in to TT with it. I am putting in the proxy info in the settings
I try log in and get this error
"unable to teach Tube Toolbos to verify account status
Application will now end"
Please advise

Have you tried configuring your browser connection settings to use your proxy and log into your Google account? This should clear up your issue with TTB unable to verify the account status.

YEa..I can log into google and YT with my browser thru the proxy
no problem there
but still cant log into TT
