We really need some proper information at this point - it's been 2 weeks already and there is no statement from TTB on what is really happening and if we have a chance to have our channels back.

Let us know? Should we keep using that form (like trackmaker suggests and I agree) or not. And if not. Why not?

I hear that "dareheaven" Loud and Clear!
I am going to start checking out the other active parts of the FORUM more often and see what they have been saying, as well. I did already check some of the newer posts and there are plenty of other upset people, just like ourselves! I would think that the first place most of us would come to share the good news is RIGHT HERE! So I take it that nothing positive has happened YET!
I again sent another "appeal 4 reinstatement" almost 2 days ago now - that would make it my 8th appeal to date if you're counting. I am only appealing for my main chnl BTW - I am not being too greedy at this point! This time I mentioned that I was using TTB software at the time of "suspension" - I had been covering the backs of TTB with all my previous "appeals" but that approach definitely did not work, soooo ...
At this point, I would even sign a contract with YT stating, "I will never use TTB software again as long as I live!" if they would just agree to give me back my main chnl! LOL I'm serious tho :)

you see i loved ttb, it was magic, so many nice people viewing my work, but its such a shame i started using it like amonth ago and BANG, suspended, after having my account for SIX years, i really hate youtube at times, i blame youtube not ttb, i hate those admins at times, i guess if i had to i would stop using ttb, but if i get reinstated ill still use it just not with my main channel, i just really had no clue this would happen, i would at least get a warning first or something, i thought its all about penalties, if you get 3 your out, i had none...

Not sure if it helps, but I survived D-Day, but then on like June 7th I logged into all of my (4) drone accounts on the same computer I used for everything (TTB, main channel, drone account creation). I logged in on them to check my YouTube inboxes. 24 hours later all my drones were banned (but they spared my main account). I was sharing with my main and my drone for 3 weeks 24/7, then the week before d-day i wasn't using my main, just the 4 drones. So it must be something to do with your IP or your cache. If you make more drones on that same computer, they will most likely get instabanned.

Obviously, this is very frustrating to everyone. The issue is that some accounts were reinstated and some were not. Everyone used the same link that we provided. Some people who were reinstated even said they were using Tube Toolbox. However, now it looks like YouTube is not reinstating people (at least i have not heard of anybody reinstated in the last few days). We are continuing to have discussions with YouTube, although, we have not heard from them in a few days. www.tubetoolbox.com/suspended.aspx has the latest updates. We "guess" that when accounts were originally cancelled, YouTube may have placed the IP address on a "watch list". Then, for people who started using new drones, they were identified and suspended again. We have no way of knowing for sure. In our communication with YouTube, we have sent them information showing them that we follow their Terms of Service. We have asked them to tell us any other rules or restrictions that are not covered in their Terms of Service. It may be that using account chaining may be an issue but have no way of knowing at this time. As soon as we here anything from YouTube we will obviously let you know.

ok so if we get them reinstated and want to make accounts, heres a tip, go to a local library or something and do it there :)
i so want my account back, i miss it so much :(

I think you were Extremely Lucky that you were not using your main account when they sent out their nasty, spam-search army! You are one of the fortunate ones, but the rest of us were doing bizznatch as usual and they jacked ALL of our chnl's offline!!!
Here is a nice discrepancy I just noticed on the part of YT/google recently:
When I try to access my main chnl i get this notice:
"This account has been suspended due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube's policy against spam, scams and commercially deceptive content." along with their stupid, sad-face, tube icon :)
However, when I go to look up any of my videos I get this beautiful message:
"This video is no longer available because the YouTube account associated with this video has been terminated"
I would say that that is a bit of a "mixed message" - wouldn't you!? OMG
i'm outta here 4 now 2 go think "happy thoughts"

@darehaven - I just wanted to let you know that I got my account reinstated using the following method:
Login to google/gmail account (they may ask you for a phone verification)
Go to youtube and click sign in
You should be redirected to a page that says this:

If you've been redirected to this page from a particular product, it means that your access to this product has been suspended. Read on for more information.
Your access to this Google product has been suspended because of a perceived violation of either the Google Terms of Service or product-specific Terms of Service. Disable an account for investigation.

Click on the contact us link and do as it says. It did not ask me any questions so I didn't have to say anything about using TTB.
I've only used this method on one account that has been around for years and has several videos uploaded. I hope that works for some of you too, especially on your main accounts. All of my videos, comment and views were totally intact when I got the account back and it took about 5 days to get a response. Good luck!

1st: :D Congratulations on getting your channel back! Did you just get your channel back now- or was it a while ago? Did you only send the form one time and then they reinstated you after 5 days? Or did you, like the rest of us, have to submit your appeal or form many times before getting your resinstatement?
I believe that most of us have used every form they have made available and we are getting the same automated responses as you have seen - over and over ... I really do appreciate you trying to help out, but my opinion is that this is not a matter of us being neglectful and not submitting the correct form or method or information! YouTube has simply "frozen" the majority of our accounts regardless of how many times we appeal through ALL of their forms and they are NOT taking our requests for reinstatement seriously, any more!
Still waiting 2 find out what YT/google says to TTB - i just came to check if there was an upd8 yet on the suspended page

Very generous and gutsy of you! :D Don't be surprised if a group of .gov lookin dudes shows up @ one of your computer outposts with shades, guns and cuffs! again and get back in touch with all of my fans and subs!
I still don't have an answer from YT or TTB as to: whether or not I can start another chnl & just use it NORMALLY! Meaning, without the aid of TTB. At least until things get worked out a little better than this!
What is anyone's opinion about someone starting up a new chnl while under "suspension" and just using it like a regular Joe?
Any opinions would be much appreciated, because TTB and YT are completely ignoring all of my questions as well as my appeals process! My fans and subs are deleting my playlists right now! I am being deleted from links and lists by the thousands as each day passes with NO POSITIVE RESULTS! I don't have the luxury of all this time to sit around and wait for YT & TTB to get it together!
