Thank you for the reply That's exactly the same email I received. I'm not sure. Does a suspended account progress to termination surely it can't just remain suspended forever. We need to find out this out as myself and others are worried about any remaining accounts we have.

Hey TTB People!

This is a followup to my previous post.

(For the record my approx stats at the time of "suspension": 4,400 subscribers, 63 original music/videos, 100k views)

I have now, in total, "appealed" to have my main chnl reinstated no less than FIVE (5) times! Every single response has been exactly the same (see below).

I have now turned my attention back to the party whom is directly responsible to us (their paying clients) for this disaster, Tube Toolbox. I have emailed them to let them know that I have been blown off 5 times by using their "recommended approach". YouTube/google is obviously NOT taking my grievance and my responses seriously and I still have no access to any of my accounts that I worked so damn hard to build for a little more than a year. I think that we should ALL tell TTB to make a MUCH BIGGER effort to speak to YT/google on our behalf! I think ALL of you should contact TTB and tell them to step it up and go represent their clients (you) who have been defamed and defiled for the use of their software!!! I encourage ALL of you to come out of the woodwork and let Tube Toolbox know how the use of their software has had a completely negative impact on your YouTube channels. In the meantime ALL of our status' within the YouTube community is literally being slandered, through no fault of our own! I apologize for the rant, but I really do feel it is completely appropriate, at this time ...

If you, like myself, have only received this same message (below) as a response to multiple appeals, it may actually be a good sign! Why? Because it means that YouTube/google does NOT have an issue with your content!!! We may still have a chance - They are just pissed off that TTB software was caught breaking their regulations and this "activity" was then tracked back to our chnls/accts!!!

below is the same response i have received 5 times for every appeal i have sent for my main chnl:

I know, this is is not an easy time - got the same reply 4 times. YT ignore message about Ttb software issue completely.
But i just saw that TTB wrote to YT again - i also have impression that they should press on YT more - but i suppose they need to have good relations with YT which i can understand. Lets give Ttb a chance and lets try to be patient (i know it's hard) They are good guys, however i would expect them to fight more actively than they do now.

We just updated our suspended page (www.tubetoolbox.com/suspended.aspx) with the following information.

June 8th
We have received emails from several customers stating that YouTube is not reinstating their channels due to violations of YouTube's Terms of Service
We have reached out once again to YouTube for an explanation as we have designed our software to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service. We will let you know when we hear back from YouTube.
At this time, we recommend you do not request reinstatement until we hear back from YouTube.

You should use the link above to get the latest update. We will update it when we receive a response from YouTube.

got the same messege as the rest of you guys, violation of tos bla bla bla, no warnings, no penalties, just suspend, happy for ya crazyslug, but youtube seems to be automating their replies, you would think such a rich company would have some better customer support

I have also just had my new main account banned, as I have not been given access back to my old accounts I started a new main. It had 250 subscribers since starting it 9 days ago and once again, it too is now banned.

Could I please add: thegenerallygoodgame to the list of channels to be re-instated.

It's strange how non-emotional I am getting this time. It seems I was ready for the inevitable and I believe this may be the last time I use tube toolbox again if there is not some sort of guarantee in place.

Given that you all were mass banned on "D-Day" and they have re-instated your accounts, they are probably currently flagged accounts and were on a high watch for any signs of spam in the Youtube system, no matter how minor. =(

All my new drone accounts were banned again last night. I don't know what is going on and it looks like Tube Toolbox hasn't been fixed or youtube is conducting another mass ban. All the default time settings were not changed. Do not use Tube Toolbox with your main account...

I've not used tube toolbox for a week now since the account suspension senario. Today I intended to start using tubetoolbox again but i've just seen reports that peoples new drone accounts have been banned. There has also been no major progress in people getting their accounts back. Some people have but many haven't. Even though I imagine you are trying hard to sort this out, regretfully I feel you have not made a suitable effort.
We have all trusted your company with our businesses and were guaranteed that our accounts could not be banned:

I find it slightly misleading that you have not felt the need to update your FAQ to explain this recent error.

I feel you have not put in enough effort into resolving this issue. I know you've sent out a few emails but that's really not enough.
It might have been costly, but you could have flown to YouTube HQ and spoken to someone directly. Or perhaps you could have hired a private investigator to obtain the phone number of their office so you could speak to someone direct. One update every couple of days isn't good enough, i'd expect an update every couple of hours! People are sitting at home refreshing their emails hoping YouTube will reinstate their accounts, whilst their subscribers are wondering where they have gone. Not to mention the HUGE impact this has on people's reputations.

I'm sorry if this email sounds aggressive, it's not mean't to be. I'm just trying to clearly state how I and many others feel about the situation.

Its frustrating I understand :( But you have to realize that TTB is at the mercy of Youtube, not the other way around. They can't just fly to a Youtube HQ demanding a seat in front of higher people, or hire a private investigator to do shady work.
They need to play nice and they are utilizing the contacts they have. You don't burn bridges in business.
Youtube could easily change their policies to completely throw TTB to the curb. So they need to approach this the best way they can. I'm sure you can see how hard it is to work with Youtube, with all of their automation systems and extremely limited contact routes.

What's going on man?!?!?!? Same thing again???
