Hello, I wanted to buy this program but I can't.. I have money on PayPal and I want to use promo code "NoMoreHack".

I'm clicking on "Continue", then "Pay via PayPal™", next I log in to my account.. and BAH - Information about card - Add your credit card. I have already added my card on my PayPal but don't care. I wrote all info about my card, click "Save and continue" and.. something like "Your bank can't accept that card, but u can use another".

How to Pay you to get this TubeToolbox today? Just login to PayPal (normal) and pay to "Sincell"? But how? Inform them or what..

Paypal will not allow any recurring subscriptions without a valid credit card. Also, some credit card companies decline recurring subscriptions. It sounds like you are having one of those issues.
