Q. What is the difference between a Personal account and a Professional account?
A. A
Personal
account can be used to test out Tube Toolbox. If you download Tube Toolbox and log in before purchasing, you are creating a Personal account. The limits in place on Personal Tube Toolbox Accounts should give you a taste of what Tube Toolbox is about. With a personal account, you can send 5 Comments, Messages and Friend Requests within a 24 hour period before it stops you and tells you to upgrade to a paid

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. We provide a money back guarantee if you cancel your account within the first 30 days. This refund is only valid for the first account you purchase.
Q. Can I use my Tube Toolbox Subscription with unlimited YouTube Accounts?

, but you can only have one active Professional account at a time.
We allow you to change which account is your active Professional account every 3 days. To switch your Professional account, use the

Q. Do you offer discounts if I buy more than one Tube Toolbox Subscription?

75% off the Activation fee.

Q. Do I need to pay for each computer that I use Tube Toolbox on?
A.
NO.
When you upgrade to a Professional account, it is your
YouTube account name
that is upgraded. You can install Tube Toolbox on any computer and log into your account from that point on with no limitations.
Q. Do I have to pay for upgrades each time a new version of Tube Toolbox is released?
A.
No.
You
will never have to pay
for a new version of Tube Toolbox as long as you have an active Subscription.
Q. If I use the same account on multiple computers, will each computer know what people I gathered/sent from/to the other computer?
A. Not really - but there is a work around. We will eventually have the whole process nicely integrated into the program but it is a lot of work. So right now, all we can offer is instructions for a work around.
There is a single file that contains all of your data (Gathered users, saved messages, sending results, preferences, etc). You can actually move this data file around from computer to computer so that each computer will be reading and writing from the same set of data. This is the best way to avoid sending a message or comment to the same person twice when sending from multiple computers.

Q. Why is there a monthly fee for Professional Accounts?
A. The reason that there is a monthly fee is actually to provide piece of mind to our customers. We have heard countless reports of people purchasing other 'Bots' that had a high up-front cost and the next thing they know, the program is broken and never works again. By charging a small monthly fee, it ensures that we keep up with YouTube™ changes and constantly offer new features for our customers. Please

Q. Can I use one copy of Tube Toolbox to log into more than one account?
A. Yes. You may enter any Username/Password into the Tube Toolbox log in screen and the information is saved for the next time you use Tube Toolbox. You can log into Tube Toolbox with as many YouTube accounts as you'd like. However, as mentioned previously, you can only have one active Professional account at a time for each paid Subscription.
Q. Does Tube Toolbox offer
account-chaining
?
A. Yes. When sending Bulk Messages or Sharing Bulk Videos, you can add up to 4 additional accounts for FREE. This means that you can send 4X more messages than is possible with a single account (based on restrictions put in place by YouTube)
Q. How can I update my Credit Card information?
A. Unfortunately our current payment system cannot handle credit card updates. So, if your current credit card is expiring, you will have to wait until the payment fails at which time we downgrade your account. Or if the current card is not expiring, you will need to contact us and ask us to cancel your Subscription. After your account is cancelled, you can sign up again without paying the activation fee using your new card here:

. We know it's a huge pain but it's our only option for now. We are working on implementing a new payment system that will make it much easier in the future.
Q. After signing up, can I switch from a Monthly payment to Yearly or Lifetime?
A. We are working on a better payment processing system (out by 2012) but at the moment, there is no real 'easy' way to do this. Your only option is to cancel your current Subscription and sign up for a new Subscription. We can give you a coupon to use so that you don't pay an activation fee on your Yearly account or $20 off Lifetime account (contact us for coupon codes).
