Q. Can I Import and Export lists of users?
A. Currently, you can only import lists. To do this, click "Import List" from the File menu. If you would like to Export a list, please email us and let us know that you'd like the feature added and brief description as to what you would do with the exported list.
Q. How do I move users and videos between gathered lists?
A. Use the "Manage Lists" feature until the Tools section.
Q. Can I delete lists that I've created?
A. Yes. Click on the 'Users/Videos' tab in the top left corner of Tube Toolbox, then look down at the bottom left corner and you'll see "Delete List".
Q. How come the Target Search gathers so few people when I select criteria?
A. It basically comes down to the fact that many people don't make their profile information public. If you select to gather only Males, it may look at 10,000 accounts but only 800 of them are Males that have public profiles, so only 800 would be gathered. Many people don't offer their profile information publicly and those profiles are skipped if you select a filter on the profile information in a spider search.
