General Info
Q. Can my YouTube™ account get suspended for using Tube Toolbox?
A. NO. In fact, YouTube™ specifically addresses automated software (like Tube Toolbox) in section 4.G of their Terms of Use (quoted below).
"You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," that accesses the Website in a manner that sends more request messages to the YouTube™ servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser."
Tube Toolbox has a Send Delay option which allows you to put a timed delay between each Message, Comment and Friend Request sent. This will ensure that you do not break their Terms or Use.
Q. Who can use Tube Toolbox?
A. Anyone looking to promote their YouTube channel or product.
Q. Who can't use Tube Toolbox?
A. Anyone looking to promote Porn, XBox's, Ring-tones, etc.
Q. Does Tube Toolbox work on a MAC?
A. Unfortunately, no. But it does work on your PC at work and the PC at your friend's house and the PC at store that you should go buy :)
Q. How can I request new features?

Upgrading / Licensing
Q. Do I need to pay for each computer that I use the software on?
A. NO. When you upgrade to a Professional account, it is your YouTube account name that is upgraded. You can install Tube Toolbox on any computer and log into your account from that point on with no limitations.
Q. Do I have to pay for upgrades each time a new version of Tube Toolbox is released?
A. No. There will never be a specific upgrade cost for any new version, ever.
Q. If I use the same account on multiple computers, will each computer know what people I gathered/sent from/to the other computer?
A. Not really - but there is a work around. We will eventually have the whole process nicely integrated into the program but it is a lot of work. So right now, all we can offer is instructions for a work around.
There is a single file that contains all of your data (Gathered users, saved messages, sending results, preferences, etc). You can actually move this data file around from computer to computer so that each computer will be reading and writing from the same set of data. This is the best way to avoid sending a message or comment to the same person twice when sending from multiple computers.
The data file that you will want to move from computer to computer is located here:

Q. Why is there a monthly fee for Professional Accounts?
A. The reason that there is a monthly fee is actually to provide piece of mind to our customers. We have heard countless reports of people purchasing other 'Bots' that had a high up-front cost and the next thing they know, the program is broken and never works again. By charging a small monthly fee, it ensures that we keep up with YouTube™ changes and constantly offer new features for our customers. Please

Q. Where can I report problems or errors that I run into?

Support Forum. That way, others can see the answers that we post. We can also be
contacted directly.
Q. What are Log Files and how do I upload them?
A. Log Files capture information about problems that you run into while using Tube Toolbox. These files are a BIG help for us when we try to identify problems that you run into. If you are asked to send us your Log Files, please email us (support@TubeToolbox.com) the follow two (2) files:
C:\Program Files\Sincell\Tube Toolbox\Logs\TubeToolboxLog.xml
and
C:\Program Files\Sincell\Tube Toolbox\youTubeLogger.xml
Bulk Sending Features
Q. What are Tube Toolbox's sending Limits?
A. If you upgrade to Professional Account, there is NO LIMIT to the number of Messages, Comments & Friend Requests that you can send. The limits in place on Personal Tube Toolbox Accounts should give you a taste of what Tube Toolbox is about. With a personal account, you can send 5 Comments, Messages and Friend Requests within a 24 hour period before it stops you and tells you to upgrade to a Professional Account.
Q. What are YouTube's sending limits?
A. YouTube has put the following restrictions in place in order to reduce SPAM...
Comments: After every 5 comments that you post, you will need to enter a Security Code (commonly referred to as 'CAPTCHA'). This is YouTube's way of stopping automated bots like Tube Toolbox. We have 2 ways to get around this problem. The first way is that you can manually enter the Security Code right in to Tube Toolbox and Tube Toolbox will resume posting your comments. The problem with this technique is that it requires you to be at your computer. The second option is to have Tube Toolbox wait until the restriction is removed (15 minutes), then continue the automated sending. This does not require you to be at your computer. Before you start your bulk sending, you can select between the two options.
Messages: YouTube limits the number of messages that you can send within a given period of time. You can send approximately 6 messages every 15 minutes before YouTube tells you that you need to wait before sending more messages. Tube Toolbox is set up to wait until the restriction is removed and then continue the automated sending. Aside from sending limits, you can only send the exact same message a limited amount of times per day. If your message contains a URL, then we have found you can only send the same message less than 5 times in a day. Because of this, we allow you to enter multiple messages into Tube Toolbox and the software will alternate between them as it does its automated sending. You should also consider Multi-Account sending to get the most out of Tube Toolbox.
Friend Requests: Just like sending messages, there are limits with the number of Friend Requests which can be sent within a given period of time. And just like messages, Tube Toolbox will automatically wait until the limit is removed and continue its automated sending.
Q. Can I use one copy of Tube Toolbox to log into more than one account?
A. Yes. You may enter any Username/Password into the Tube Toolbox log in screen and the information is saved for the next time you use Tube Toolbox. You can log into Tube Toolbox with as many YouTube accounts as you'd like.
Q. What exactly is Multi-Account sending?
A. Multi-Account sending allows you to cycle through accounts when sending messages. A single account is limited to only a few messages every 15 minutes. With Multi-Account sending, you can set up Tube Toolbox to rotate between multiple accounts when sending messages. This allows you to send many more messages before your limits are reached.
You only need one account upgraded to a Professional Account to use Multi-Account sending. BUT, you must ALWAYS use the Professional Account in the sending rotation. So if you are promoting more than 1 product or channel, it would be in your best interests to
Upgrade additional accounts.
Other Features
Q. Can I Import and Export lists of users?
A. Currently, you can only import lists. To do this, click "Import List" from the File menu. If you would like to Export a list, please email us and let us know that you'd like the feature added and brief description as to what you would do with the exported list.
Q. How do I move users and videos between gathered lists?
A. Currently, you can't. It is on our list of features to implement in the near future.
Miscellaneous
Q. I LOVE Tube Toolbox. Do you have any other Social Network software? (MySpace, Facebook, Hi5, etc)
A. We used to have software for MySpace but ran into some legal issues so we needed to discontinue our service. Since we only deal with YouTube, we don't have any recommendations either.
